• Your AOL password. The User Name (Account Name) and password are the same ones you use to log into AOL. If you have forgotten your password, contact AOL tech support.
• Acrobat Reader 6.0.1 or newer to be able to click directly on web links. Without this, you must type the URLs (web addresses) manually
